Description:
We are seeking a Senior Go-to-Channel Program Manager focused on supporting the growth of the business. Reporting to the Head of Channel Enablement Program Management, this essential role will be responsible for the end-to-end program management of initiatives to support growth across the Optical Sales Channel for the Wearables product category.
The ideal candidate will possess strong program management and operational skills, with a drive for results and the ability to effectively organize, communicate, and collaborate across all levels of an organization. This person will bring the right blend of strategy, coordination, and problem-solving to bring structure to complexity. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be a self-starter, and have experience managing complex projects/programs.
Key Responsibilities
Channel Enablement Program Management: Bring process rigor and operational excellence to the end-to-end program management of key strategic initiatives.
Project Planning & Alignment: Oversee detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and dependencies. Monitor progress, make adjustments, and hold teams accountable. Act as the Optical Experiences POC for roll-ups and escalations.
Stakeholder Alignment: Ensure the right people come together at the right time to build and land global sales plans. Provide objective viewpoints based on business understanding and desired outcomes.
Dependency Tracking & Risk Management: Identify critical interdependencies across Global Sales. Proactively assess risks and develop mitigation plans to maintain momentum.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communications: Serve as the central communication lead for key initiatives. Ensure regular check-ins and status updates. Act as the escalation point.
Rhythm of Business: Establish and run structured cadences to track progress, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment across teams.
Ensure Project Quality: Oversee deliverables to ensure they meet Sales team needs. Resolve issues proactively.
Best Practices: Develop, document, and drive awareness of scalable processes and global best practices. Standardize processes for scalability.
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, strategic planning, business operations, consulting, or related fields.
Proven experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work cross-functionally with commercial/business acumen and attention to detail.
Experience managing shifting priorities and multiple initiatives in a fast-growth, ambiguous environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights and data into actionable recommendations.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building new processes and managing change in growing companies to scale.
Proven ability to deliver results under tight timelines while gathering information from diverse sources.
