What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Manage end-to-end program management for key strategic initiatives in the Optical Sales Channel

Oversee project planning, ensuring alignment on tasks, timelines, and dependencies

Facilitate stakeholder alignment to build and implement global sales plans

Monitor critical interdependencies and proactively manage risks to maintain project momentum

Lead cross-functional communications and establish regular check-ins to track progress

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales operations, sales management, strategic planning, or related fields

Proven experience leading strategy, operations, process improvement, and tactical projects

Strong leadership and influencing skills with stakeholder engagement experience

Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights into actionable recommendations
