About The Position Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapist Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: 1 year required, 3 years preferred License: Required Certifications: ARRT/ARRT T, BLS (AHA only), CRT Must-Have: - 1 year of experience in Clienttion Therapy - Experience in adult acute care and outpatient settings - Skills in custom molds, custom shield, block cutting, and various imaging techniques - Knowledge of external beam therapy and stereotactic radiosurgery Description: We are seeking a Clienttion Therapist for a fast-paced clinic with approximately 45 visits per day. The clinic operates Monday through Friday from 08:00 to 17:00, with no weekends or on-call requirements. You will be working primarily with adult and geriatric patients diagnosed with cancer. The facility is equipped with one Varian treatment machine and one departmental CT simulator. You will receive support from interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, pharmacy, radiology, and social services. Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year of experience, while 3 years of experience is preferred. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. Wine or burgundy scrubs are not provided. Experience Required: - Adult acute care - Adult outpatient - Custom molds and shields - Block cutting, CBCT/kV/mV imaging - External beam therapy, IMRT, and stereotactic radiosurgery - Knowledge of patient conditions such as benign brain tumors, prostate cancer, and Hodgkin's lymphoma Preferred: - Experience in a teaching hospital - CT simulation and tumor localization - Familiarity with calculating radiation doses and using systems like Eclipse (Varian) This role does not require weekend coverage or float assignments. All candidates must adhere to vaccination requirements. Candidates with previous charge experience are not required.
