A Day in the Life of the Director of HR & Culture In this pivotal role, youll lead the charge in shaping and scaling a people-first culture that supports the companys growth and integration goals. Youll collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives, driving talent acquisition, engagement, and compliance initiatives across North America. Your work will directly impact how teams connect, communicate, and perform as the company continues to expand through strategic acquisitions.

Responsibilities include: Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with business growth and integration goals Lead all HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, compensation, employee relations, and learning & development Design and implement culture frameworks that define values, behaviors, and engagement practices Oversee communication initiatives such as all-hands meetings and company-wide updates Manage HR compliance, employment law, and regulatory matters across U.S. and Canadian operations Partner with external counsel on employment matters and compliance corrections Build and scale HR infrastructure, including policies, systems, and analytics tools Lead HR integration efforts for newly acquired companies Mentor and grow the HR team to deliver consistent, high-quality support Champion diversity, inclusion, and a strong culture of accountability

Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field Prefer an advanced degree or SHRM/HRCI certification 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, ideally in fast-growing or acquisition-heavy organizations Experience with benefit plan implementation, including 401(k) and equity programs Track record of building scalable HR systems and improving compliance infrastructure Proven success developing and scaling culture and engagement initiatives Industry experience in healthcare, automation, or SaaS is a strong plus
