23 days per week in the Provo, UT office
A Day in the Life of the Divisional President In this role, youll take full ownership of your divisions performance, leading strategy, operations, sales, and team development. Youll guide multiple business lines, including healthcare billing, billing technology, and Canadian operations, driving profitability, innovation, and seamless acquisition integration. Your leadership will directly shape the companys success, culture, and long-term growth trajectory.
Responsibilities include: Develop and execute divisional strategies aligned with the companys mission and growth goals Oversee day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, automation, and client satisfaction Manage full P&L accountability and deliver consistent revenue and EBITDA performance Partner with sales teams to expand market share and drive client growth in healthcare and dental sectors Lead M&A integration efforts, ensuring smooth transitions across systems and teams Build, coach, and inspire high-performing teams with measurable objectives Report regularly to the CEO and board, providing insight and data-driven recommendations Ensure compliance with healthcare and financial regulatory standards Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Technology, and Corporate Development to align strategies and execution
Requirements and Qualifications: 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including 5+ years in an executive or general management role Bachelor's Degree required and MBA preferred Strong background in medical billing, billing technology, or healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) Demonstrated success scaling operations within healthcare, SaaS, medtech, or fintech sectors Skilled in M&A integration and post-merger operational experience
