Director of Casino Operations
to oversee the daily operation of both the Gold Country and Maverick Elko casinos. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing a mid-sized team, ensuring the efficient and productive poker, table games and slot operation. Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the casino operation, to include the Poker Room, Table Games, Slot Technical and Slot operations Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Ensure compliance with the Nevada Gaming Control Board and all regulatory requirements/ company policies Manage and motivate a team of casino employees; including hiring, training and performance Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations across the entire property Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field or the equivalent time/experience within a Casino Manager/Director level role Previous experience in a casino operations position with a leadership role Strong knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage a team and drive results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work flexible hours; including nights, weekends and holidays If you are a dynamic and results-driven leader with a passion for the casino industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
