The Role: As a Store Manager, you are a charismatic leader with exceptional service and sales acumen. Reporting to the District Manager, you will drive growth and brand awareness in your store and market. You lead by example, motivate teams, and create an environment that reflects Mejuri values. You are the ambassador of the Mejuri brand, accountable for creating a highly productive store environment that exceeds customer expectations and fosters an engaging, inclusive workplace where employees are supported to do their best. You will grow and develop your team, maintain high engagement, and oversee all aspects of profit, people, and process in your store, partnering with People Operations, Retail Operations, Marketing, and Merchandising to exceed targets. Revenue & Profitability

Responsible for the financial health and profitability of your store, driving revenue and exceeding targets. Responsible for managing store spend and seeking opportunities to minimize costs. Review and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business and people results; create strategic plans with the District Manager to achieve targets. Support the store team in setting and achieving KPI goals by driving a culture of performance, cost awareness, and accountability. Develop business acumen to analyze results and plan for improvement. Mitigate risk within the store, identifying and resolving gaps or roadblocks to profitability and protecting assets including theft, inventory accuracy, and shrink. Collaborate with Visual Merchandising to ensure the correct assortment and depth to drive profitability and sales. People

Ensure the right people are in the right positions and appropriate quantities across the store. Participate in sourcing, assessment, and selection of talent to scale the business. Oversee onboarding of new talent into the store. Conduct regular performance assessments against criteria and KPIs; build a positive and engaging work environment. Ensure store schedules have high-quality inputs and uphold responsible live-week management standards. Nurture a sustainable talent pipeline with access to learning opportunities for current and future roles. Conform to Mejuri’s compensation philosophy and retain high performers while managing exits for low performers. Adhere to and escalate compliance matters with People Operations as needed. Customer Experience

Lead by example to ensure high-quality in-store customer experiences, communicating and training the team on Mejuri’s Steps of Selling. Provide in-store coaching to staff and the Assistant Store Manager on hosting, customer service, and product knowledge. Lead client strategy to build lasting relationships with existing customers and attract new customers. Promote services including piercing, engraving, and other offerings to ensure a positive customer experience. Brand

Act as an ambassador of Mejuri’s culture and values within and outside the company. Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new and repeat customers and community engagement at the store level. Partner with Marketing and Store Services to host one event per quarter at each store (including Fine Crew & Piercing events). Foster relationships within local communities to drive brand awareness. Operations

Provide day-to-day support to ensure objectives, brand/product standards, and store readiness are met. Identify and escalate opportunities, gaps, risks, and roadblocks with cross-functional partners to resolve them. Work with Operations to conduct monthly inventory and cycle counts, ensuring the store has appropriate technology and support. Champion best practices and maintain store operations to achieve objectives and KPIs. What you\'ll bring to the team

Experience in a high-volume retail store environment. Understanding of local market requirements for new store openings. Financial management experience with top-line sales, interpreting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expenses. Strong leadership with a track record of attracting, developing, and motivating talent, adapting quickly to change, and guiding teams in fast-paced settings. Demonstrated service-excellence in a consumer environment. Deep local knowledge and awareness of retail trends; well-connected to grow your network and opportunities. Desire to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a tolerance for experimentation and iteration. Bonus: you\'ve opened a store from scratch. A minimum of two weeks vacation, plus personal days and three religious observance days for full-time employees. Salary range: This role currently has a base pay range of $95,000 - $115,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.
