As a Front Desk Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our organization by ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. Your responsibilities will include: Greeting

visitors warmly and answering phone calls professionally. Responding

promptly to customer inquiries and providing assistance as needed. Scheduling

appointments and meetings accurately. Managing

incoming and outgoing mail diligently. Maintaining

a clean and organized reception area. Preparing

client quotes, proposals, and presentations with attention to detail. Assisting

with data entry and filing to keep our records up-to-date. Learning

about our company products and services to offer informative support. Collaborating

closely with the finance team to ensure billing and documentation accuracy. Demonstrating

the ability to multitask and meet deadlines effectively. Providing

prompt feedback and resolving issues as they arise. Submitting

timely activity reports to keep management informed. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, with a familiarity in MS Windows. You should have dynamic project management and collaboration skills, and always be mindful of schedules, committed to delivering all tasks on time.
