This role serves as the Associate Chief Information Officer (ACIO) for Digital Services, reporting directly to the Deputy Administrator of Technology Services within the Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC). You will receive technical guidance from the Deputy Assistant Secretary for Information Systems and the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
Key Responsibilities:
As an ACIO for Digital Services, you will undertake a range of critical responsibilities, including overseeing digital initiatives, ensuring the efficiency of IT services, and supporting the strategic goals of the department. Your leadership will be essential in fostering an innovative digital environment that improves service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship is required.
A one-year SES probationary period is mandatory if it has not been completed previously.
You must successfully complete personnel security vetting (e.g., investigation, evaluation, and adjudication).
Complete a Declaration for Federal Employment to assess your suitability for Federal employment when requested by the agency.
Salary must be deposited to a financial institution of your choice via Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer.
Male applicants born after December 31, 1959 must certify registration with the Selective Service System or claim an exemption.
Must undergo Personal Identity Verification (PIV) using two forms of identification from the Form I-9, as per federal law.
File a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report within 30 days of appointment, and annually thereafter.
Disclosure of Political Appointments is required.
Veterans' preference does not apply to the Senior Executive Service.
