About The Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing product and engineering development team. Our company specializes in enterprise-level media measurement and optimization across various industries. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining scalable software and data solutions to enhance performance, stability, and scalability. You will work under the guidance of experienced team members and closely collaborate with internal and client stakeholders throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in iterative development practices, familiarity with version control systems like GitHub, and a passion for developing both conceptual and pragmatic problem-solving skills. Your attention to detail and communication skills, both written and oral, will enable you to work directly with business users, understand their objectives, and contribute to translating them into technical requirements. As a valuable team member, you will be encouraged to learn and grow in a supportive environment, actively participate in team activities, and set the foundation for your professional development.
Responsibilities Of a Full Stack Engineer
Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that align with business and technical requirements. Contribute to the effort of identifying opportunities for automation with a focus on the operational stability of software applications and systems Collaborate with your team to support translating business goals and user requirements into detailed, actionable technical requirements Contribute to documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals and formal recommendations and reports Contribute to the creation and maintenance of robust, performant solutions that provide high customer impact at scale Provide technical assistance to teammates as needed through collaboration and by sharing your expertise Follow established software and product engineering best practices, including code quality, documentation, deployment, and testing. Explore new technologies and tools under guidance to enhance software development. Troubleshoot software issues with support from senior team members as needed. Participate in technical knowledge sharing with other team members. Stay current with emerging technology and software engineering innovations and continuously enhance skills.
Requirements
3+ years of relevant web application development experience Proficient in front-end languages: HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript Proficient in one or more backend languages (Java), API frameworks, and servers. Experience with common frontend JavaScript frameworks Experience building and deploying containerized application code. Experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
Preferred
Experience with, or a strong demonstrable interest in, agentic AI technologies and their practical applications Experience with microservices Experience with security best practices and tools Experience with authentication strategies Experience in Dev Ops & CI/CD Experience with data science, analytics, and/or big data technologies Experience with iterative development Experience working with databases Experience in the digital marketing and analytics space
Pay Transparency
At Ovative, we offer a transparent view into three core components of your total compensation package: Base Salary, Annual Bonus, and Benefits. The salary range for this position below is inclusive of an annual bonus.Actual offers are made with consideration for relevant experience and anticipated impact. Additional benefits information is provided below.
For our Sr. Analyst positions, our compensation ranges from $62,000 to $93,000, which is inclusive of a 15% bonus.
