We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation.
  • Manage communications, including drafting correspondence, handling confidential information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with board relations, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and recording minutes.
  • Coordinate logistics for leadership team meetings, retreats, and special events.
  • Support organizational operations and special projects as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
