Executive Assistant
to support our Executive Director and senior leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator and multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparation. Manage communications, including drafting correspondence, handling confidential information, and liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Assist with board relations, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and recording minutes. Coordinate logistics for leadership team meetings, retreats, and special events. Support organizational operations and special projects as needed. Qualifications
3+ years of experience in an executive support or administrative role, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools and CRM systems is a plus.
