As the Accounting Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving financial accuracy, operational efficiency, and compliance. Reporting directly to the Controller, you’ll lead key accounting functions, support strategic decision-making, and help shape the financial future of a company.
Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Oversee general ledger activities, including reconciliations for payables, receivables, fixed assets, and accruals.
- Manage inventory reviews to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal audit standards.
- Contribute to the design and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
- Provide insights through financial analysis and reporting to support business growth.
- Take ownership of special projects that drive continuous improvement and innovation.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong command of ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
- Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across departments.
- Experience with Sarbanes‑Oxley (SOX) compliance is highly desirable.

- Salary Range: $90K – $110K (DOE), based on experience and qualifications + highly competitive bonus plan!
