Responsibilities
Utilize a consultative mindset to proactively resolve complex client challenges from pursuit to execution.
Anticipate potential issues and proactively address blockers.
Identify and highlight patterns to peers and leadership regarding the underlying causes of problems.
Analyze intricate data and research to develop well-informed recommendations.
Lead or participate in project delivery activities when necessary, including analysis, deliverable creation, and communication of project progress.
Manage project teams focused on architecture, software design, development, configuration, testing, implementation, and project oversight.
Leverage financial acumen to provide business recommendations that enhance project success.
Required Qualifications Must reside in South Carolina, Georgia, or North Carolina.
Demonstrated experience in implementing large-scale cloud-based ERP systems or managing technical projects related to such systems, preferably involving SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA RISE migration.
Experience in Quality Assurance or Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) for significant HR/Financial system implementations.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in providing a mix of services including implementation, IV&V, project management, quality assurance, and oversight for state governments, ideally in areas like Enterprise HR/Financial Systems, Human Services, Government Operations, and Education.
Exceptional writing skills and the capability to present effectively to varied audiences.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience with large-scale integrated/modular systems.
Skilled in interacting with individuals across all organizational levels, from technical teams to executive management, and influencing decision-making processes.
Outstanding communication abilities.
A self-starter with enthusiasm and the capacity to navigate political landscapes while maintaining a positive and approachable demeanor.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
Willingness to travel 25% regionally and, in some cases, nationally, approximately twice a year.
Act as a Subject Matter Expert for S/4HANA RISE migration projects.
Preferred Technical Skills A minimum of 5 years of experience in the following: Technical Expertise:
Comprehensive knowledge of various SAP modules like S/4HANA, ECC, BW, FICO, MM, SD, and their integrations.
SAP Architecture:
Solid understanding of SAP architecture frameworks, methodologies, system landscapes, and data modeling concepts.
Cloud Solutions:
Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions such as SAP RISE Platform and strategies for cloud migration.
Integration:
Proficiency in SAP integration tools and methods, including APIs, middleware solutions, and cloud connectors.
Databases:
Strong knowledge of database technologies, particularly SAP HANA and SQL.
Programming:
Proficiency in ABAP, Fiori, Java, or other relevant programming languages for custom developments and enhancements.
