Position Overview SAVI EHS is seeking a

Safety Coordinator

to represent an

electrical contractor

on a high-profile

data center construction project

in Fayetteville, Georgia. The ideal candidate will be

bilingual (English/Spanish) ,

local to the area , and have at least

five years of experience

in

construction safety , preferably within electrical or mission-critical environments.

This position requires an energetic safety professional who can balance field presence with documentation, training, and team engagement. The Safety Coordinator will work closely with both SAVI EHS and site leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA standards and client safety requirements, fostering a proactive, zero-incident culture.

Key Responsibilities Conduct daily site safety inspections, audits, and hazard assessments. Deliver site-specific orientations and safety training in both English and Spanish. Support the electrical contractor’s compliance with OSHA and client safety policies. Participate in daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) or Daily Hazard Analysis (DHA) reviews. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and help implement corrective actions. Maintain documentation for safety observations, toolbox talks, and compliance tracking. Collaborate with project managers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure safe operations. Assist in developing, reviewing, and improving safety procedures and site-specific plans. Represent SAVI EHS and the electrical contractor in meetings with the client and GC safety teams.

Qualifications 5+ years

of experience in

construction safety

(electrical or data center experience preferred). Bilingual (English/Spanish)

required. OSHA 30

and

OSHA 510

required;

OSHA 500

strongly preferred. BCSP credential (CHST, STSC, ASP, or CSP)

preferred. Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, NFPA 70E, and electrical safety standards. Strong communication, leadership, and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and safety reporting tools. Local candidates preferred –

per diem not available for this role.
