Position Overview SAVI EHS is seeking a motivated

Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Coordinator

to support a large-scale

data center construction project

in Aldie, Virginia. This position is ideal for an individual with

2–3 years of construction safety experience

who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The EHS Coordinator will work directly with the project’s Construction Manager and the SAVI EHS leadership team to ensure compliance, promote a proactive safety culture, and support day-to-day EHS operations on site.

Key Responsibilities Conduct daily safety inspections and assist in maintaining compliance with project and regulatory requirements. Support site-specific orientations and toolbox talks to ensure all personnel understand EHS expectations. Participate in daily hazard analysis (DHA) meetings and monitor field conditions for potential risks. Assist in incident investigations, documentation, and development of corrective actions. Verify that trade contractors are following their safety programs and training requirements. Partner with field leadership to promote a “Zero-Incident” safety culture. Maintain accurate EHS records, reports, and documentation for inspections and audits. Support the coordination of crane activities, critical lifts, and high-risk work operations. Contribute to data collection on safety performance metrics and trend analysis.

Preferred Qualifications 2–3 years

of experience in

construction safety or EHS coordination

(data center or industrial project experience preferred). Strong understanding of OSHA regulations, job hazard analysis, and safety compliance practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic digital reporting tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to engage field personnel effectively. Certifications:

OSHA 30

required;

OSHA 510

preferred. Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
