Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Fort Myers, FL. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day support tasks including managing communications, coordinating schedules, and providing clerical assistance. Responsibilities also include facilitating administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and maintaining professional interactions via phone and in person.

Qualifications Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills. Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication. Experience in Administrative Assistance is highly preferred. Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent.
