5–6 nights of call per month (5pm–6:30am), plus 1 weekend of call per month (Friday 5pm–Monday 6:30am)

Qualifications for CT / Rad Tech Jobs

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist or Radiologic Technologist

Active Maryland or Compact state license (required for submission)

BLS certification (American Heart Association)

ACLS certification

RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or ARRT (R) with Cath Lab or Electrophysiology experience

Experience with McKesson charting system preferred

Proficient in vascular procedures

Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)

First-time healthcare travelers encouraged to apply!

Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist Responsibilities

Perform and assist with cardiac and vascular procedures: TAVRs, AAA repairs, STEMI interventions, defibrillator and pacemaker insertions/removals, and peripheral angiography

Insert and program Automatic Implantable Cardiac Defibrillators (AICDs)

Scrub and monitor scheduled procedures, maintaining sterile technique

Set up and operate specialized equipment (McKesson monitoring system, Phillips X-ray, Boston Scientific IVUS and FFR)

Interpret and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias and dysrhythmias

Participate in call rotation as scheduled

Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including IV, respiratory, radiology, and rapid response

Float within facility or to affiliate hospitals as needed, within scope of practice
