Project Manager / Project Engineer – Healthcare, Biotechnology & Life Science - Seattle Join a top national GC delivering world-class healthcare, biotechnology, and life science facilities. We’re looking for driven Project Managers and Project Engineers to lead and support complex commercial, corporate interior, and lab builds in Seattle. What You’ll Do Manage or support project delivery from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating design, subcontractors, and self-perform teams (SPG). Oversee documentation, budgeting, scheduling, and client communications to achieve seamless execution on every project. What You Bring Experience in healthcare, biotechnology, or life science construction; strong technical and leadership skills; and proven ability to manage or support multidisciplinary teams through all phases of construction.
