About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Human Resources and Workforce Strategy to become a key member of our leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will lead and elevate all HR functions with a strong emphasis on talent acquisition, employee engagement, professional development, and fostering positive employee relations. You will be a strategic partner capable of advancing HR initiatives that cultivate a culture of excellence, inclusion, and engagement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
Overseeing and enhancing professional development programs to empower our workforce.
Championing a vibrant workplace culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Developing and executing robust employee engagement strategies.
Ensuring a competitive and compliant benefits package that meets the needs of our employees.
The ideal candidate will possess:
A Bachelor's degree (advanced degree and HR credentials preferred).
A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in HR management.
A proven track record in executing successful HR initiatives within complex organizations.
Expertise across various HR domains, including labor relations, compliance, analytics, and professional development.
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Experience in nonprofit or healthcare/human services settings is preferred.
