$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you’ll do
The maintenance associate role includes ensuring a safe and clean environment for members and associates and performing maintenance as necessary. You will be on your feet and on the go, with a focus on delivering a positive member experience. Maintain safety of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, proper forklift spotting, handling and disposing of hazardous materials, following steel standard guidelines, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Cleans all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment according to company procedures. Maintain a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as necessary, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash per the company Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders to replenish supplies when low.
