Service Director

Overview As a Service Director at Griffith Ford San Marcos, you will be responsible for overseeing the service department and ensuring high-quality service for all customers. You will manage a team of service advisors and technicians to ensure that vehicles are repaired efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the service department

Hire, train, and supervise service advisors and technicians

Develop and implement service policies and procedures

Ensure that all vehicles are serviced in a timely manner

Handle customer inquiries and complaints

Requirements

Previous experience in a service management role

Excellent leadership and communication skills
