By encouraging teams to collaborate, you’ll drive development, smashing through obstacles and driving products into players’ hands. You’ll exceed expectations by helping concept, deliver, improve, and influence creative projects at every stage of production.As a Game Producer II for TeamFight Tactics, you will lead and drive work across TFT and partner teams to deliver a quality experience for players. You will own developing your pod’s roadmap, coordinating all work within Modes, and ensuring excellence in execution and delivery for all events on TFT. You will maintain a clear picture of the delivery status of all Modes work, resolve blockers, address risks, and provide TFT leadership with visibility on complex deliverables. You will partner with the Features Product Manager and lead a multi-discipline team to plan, build, and deliver Modes. You will report to the Gameplay Delivery Lead.Responsibilities:Drive delivery of all features necessary to launch each mode in Teamfight TacticsBuild, update and own the work schedule for the Modes teamClearly communicate progress to stakeholders using fit for purpose tools and methodsSurface and manage dependencies to ensure teams aren’t blockedFacilitate prioritization conversations, aligning all parties on tradeoffs where necessary to meet project goalsRun regular implementation & stakeholder rituals to minimize information asymmetriesCreate and maintain processes, and identify areas of inefficiency within your pod to drive improvementsEvaluate and mitigate risk to your timelines, or secure appropriate support to mitigateRequired Qualifications:3+ years of experience in a producer role in the games industryBuilt strong relationships across a variety of disciplines, personalities, backgrounds, and goals to deliver on prioritiesExperience planning and executing in ambiguityExperience shipping games or game updates on PC and mobileExperience with development methodologies like Agile, Kanban, have used supporting software (i.e. JIRA, Favro, Hansoft), and are able to identify appropriate methodologies/tools to fit your team’s and stakeholders’ needsYou feel comfortable speaking to a broad spectrum of topics to multiple teams - art, design, features, timelines, etc.Desired Qualifications:Additional experience or familiarity with a creative discipline in games like Art or DesignExperience balancing work between regular updates to a live service and new developmentExperience leading development teams using Unreal EngineFor this role, you'll find success through craft expertise, a collaborative spirit, and decision-making that prioritizes the delight of players.
