Base pay range $17.00/hr - $24.00/hr

Overview The merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to make sure members can find everything they have on their shopping list. Depending on the shift you work, your job could include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders or helping members while stocking shelves. This fast-paced job can be physically demanding and has opportunities to be part of a great team with a common goal – making sure members can find more of what they love, for less.

What you’ll do

Provide member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assist with self-service technology and purchasing decisions; locate merchandise; resolve member issues; and promote company products and services.

Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, following forklift procedures, handling and disposing of hazardous materials per policy, and reporting unsafe situations.

Maintain sales floor and merchandise presentation by properly zoning the area, stocking and organizing merchandise, maintaining clean displays, pricing, and identifying shrink and damages.

Monitor product quality, rotation, dating, recalls, and sanitation per policy; ensure prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise.

Comply with company policies and ethics; apply related action plans and collaborate with management and teammates.

Complete work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; communicate progress; adapt to feedback and changes.

Help fill club pick up orders and stage products according to policy and procedures.

The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00*

The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
