Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; guiding and supporting members regarding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions; locating merchandise; resolving member issues and promoting the company’s products and services. Maintains safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures; conducts safety sweeps; follows forklift spotting procedures; handles and disposes of hazardous materials per guidelines; reports unsafe situations to management. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning the area; stocking and organizing merchandise; setting up and cleaning product displays; removing damaged goods; pricing merchandise; identifying shrink and damages; securing fragile and high-shrink merchandise. Monitors product quality and rotation, recalls, and sanitation standards; ensures prominent display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Complies with company policies, procedures and ethics; applies Open Door Policy in business processes and practices. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and partners; prioritizing tasks and communicating progress; adapting to change and feedback. Ensures club pick-up orders are filled and staged according to policy and procedures. Other duties as assigned to support store operations. Responsibilities & Qualifications
