Merchandising & stocking associates connect all of the dots to ensure members can find everything on their shopping list. Depending on the shift, responsibilities may include moving inventory in the backroom, unloading trucks, fulfilling club pick-up orders, or helping members while stocking shelves. The role can be physically demanding and is fast-paced. You will be part of a great team with a common goal – helping members find more of what they love, for less. Responsibilities

Unload trucks promptly Assist fellow associates as needed throughout the store Sort and stock products on shelves and in the backroom Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive attitude Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area Fill club pick-up orders and stage products according to policy Support with inventory movement and backroom organization Help ensure product rotation, display cleanliness, and accurate pricing What you’ll do

Provides member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Maintains facility safety according to company policies by conducting safety checks, following forklift procedures, handling hazardous materials safely, and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintains sales floor and merchandise presentation by zoning areas, stocking and organizing merchandise, setting up displays, removing damaged goods, pricing merchandise, and identifying shrink or damages. Monitors quality and sanitation by ensuring product rotation, date coding, recalls, and proper display of promotional and seasonal merchandise. Complies with policies and standards of ethics and integrity; applies Open Door Policy in daily operations. Completes work assignments and priorities by coordinating with managers and colleagues, communicating progress, and adapting to change and feedback. Supports club pick-up order fulfillment and staging in accordance with company policies. Qualifications
