Pay Range:
$21.50-$22.30 per hour POSITION SUMMARY Join our team as an Advanced Hotel Engineer, where your expertise will help ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. In this role, you will: Respond promptly to guest repair requests. Communicate effectively with guests to resolve maintenance issues with minimal supervision. Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and functionality. Inspect and troubleshoot a range of equipment including HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical components to perform essential repairs. Assist with training and mentoring junior engineers to enhance their skills. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Essential tasks include performing complex repairs, managing inventory, and adhering to Lockout/Tagout protocols for safety. You will be expected to have a solid understanding of engineering systems, possess advanced mechanical skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This position requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent, and at least two years of hotel engineering or maintenance experience.
