Enterprise Sourcing Manager - Construction Emerging Technology (onsite at least 3 days a week in Frisco, TX or Overland Park, KS). The Enterprise Sourcing Manager is instrumental in developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs. This role focuses on Emerging Technology sourcing with emphasis on Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance. It is responsible for the procurement of a wide range of goods and services, negotiating favorable terms and managing long-term contracts with suppliers, contributing to cost savings and improved supplier relationships. The position involves supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions and optimize spending, supporting T-Mobile\'s operational excellence and competitive positioning in the market.

Job Responsibilities

Develops and executes strategic sourcing initiatives that align with corporate objectives and operational needs. Negotiates favorable terms and manages long-term contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Procures a wide range of goods and services, including IT equipment, professional services, and facilities management. Conducts rigorous supplier performance evaluations and scenario analysis to inform purchasing decisions. Optimizes spending and contributes to significant cost savings through effective sourcing strategies. Improves supplier relationships by maintaining clear and effective communication.

Education and Work Experience

Bachelor\'s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering (Required) Master\'s/Advanced Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management (Preferred) 4-7 years - Experience in enterprise sourcing, particularly in Engineering, Construction, and Facilities Maintenance (Required) 4-7 years - Experience in managing business requirements, project plans, project schedules, and associated project materials in a mid to large size company (Required) 4-7 years - Experience in strategic sourcing, including development and management of category strategies, RFP/RFI development, and contract negotiations (Required)

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Negotiation - Expertise in negotiating terms and managing contracts with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and cost savings (Required) Strategic Sourcing - Ability to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies that align with corporate objectives (Required) Vendor Management - Skills in overseeing and enhancing supplier relationships, including conducting performance evaluations (Required) Financial Analysis - Proficiency in conducting scenario analysis and optimizing spending to support budget management (Required) Analytics - Strong analytical skills to assess procurement data and make informed decisions (Required) Problem Solving - Ability to identify issues in the procurement process and develop effective solutions (Required) Business Acumen - Understanding of market trends and business principles relevant to procurement and supply chain management (Required) Microsoft Excel - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting in sourcing activities (Required)

Licenses and Certifications

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) Certification from APICS (Preferred) Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) Certification from ISM (Preferred) Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) (Preferred) At least 18 years of age Legally authorized to work in the United States

Frisco, TX Compensation Range: $101,700 - $137,700 Overland Park, KS Compensation Range: $95,900 - $129,700 Base Pay Range: $88,100 - $158,800 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The actual starting pay will vary based on location, qualifications, and experience.
