Overview

A leading electrical contractor is seeking a Senior Electrical Construction Scheduling Engineer to support data center projects ranging from $20M to $100M. This role is responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates, leading the proposal development process, and mentoring the preconstruction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex, high-value electrical projects and a strong background in data center construction. Base pay range:

$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr Travel:

Develop, maintain, and analyze detailed construction schedules for electrical scopes on hyperscale data center projects. Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to align sequencing and resource allocation. Monitor project progress, perform schedule risk analysis, and prepare recovery plans when needed. Coordinate with field teams and subcontractors to ensure accurate progress tracking and milestone achievement. Provide executive-level reporting, forecasts, and variance analysis to leadership and clients. Support commissioning schedules for power distribution, UPS systems, switchgear, and critical path electrical systems. Qualifications

5–8 years of scheduling experience in large-scale, ground-up data centers or mission-critical electrical projects. Strong technical understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, and critical infrastructure. Proficiency with Primavera P6 and other scheduling tools (MS Project a plus). Excellent communication and coordination skills to manage multiple stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
