Account Services Manager (Contract)

Overview
A growing cosmetics and skincare brand is seeking an experienced
Account Services Manager
to support its Sales and Operations teams during a maternity leave coverage. This individual will manage wholesale order processing, invoicing, chargebacks, and product allocations while collaborating closely with internal teams and a 3PL partner. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with
NetSuite , strong Excel skills, and a background in
beauty, skincare, or CPG .
Key Responsibilities
Oversee full order management process for wholesale accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing through
NetSuite . Handle both manual and EDI order entry, allocation, routing, invoicing, and chargeback resolution. Serve as the main liaison between the internal Sales/Finance teams and 3PL warehouse to ensure smooth order fulfillment and month-end close. Manage and process
gratis orders
(PR, influencer, marketing, and sampling) a major component of the role. Consolidate data from NetSuite to generate weekly and monthly reports for leadership. Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate stock shortages or fulfillment concerns. Work closely with Finance to issue credit memos, reconcile discrepancies, and manage chargeback disputes. Support return-to-vendor (RTV) transactions and reverse logistics processes. Partner with team members to ensure smooth departmental operations during coverage period.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (required). 2-3+ years of experience
in EDI order processing, invoicing, and warehouse/3PL coordination. NetSuite/EDI expertise required. Proficient in
Microsoft Excel
(pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, filtered lists, IF, SUMIF, subtotals). Prior experience in
beauty, skincare, or retail/CPG
industries strongly preferred. Familiarity with major retailers and chargeback portals a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot EDI or order discrepancies. Reliable, proactive, and collaborative team player who can adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
