$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Overview
The Analyst will join the firm’s Investor Relations and Capital Management team, supporting fundraising and client service initiatives through the preparation of responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs), and other investor-related materials. This role requires close collaboration across investment, legal, and operational functions and is ideal for individuals with strong writing, organizational, and communication skills, along with a demonstrated interest in real assets and investment management. The position is in office on a hybrid schedule. Key Responsibilities
Content Development Draft, edit, and coordinate RFP, RFI, and DDQ submissions, working with internal stakeholders across departments and seniority levels. Maintain and enhance the firm’s content library to ensure consistent data and messaging across investor communications and marketing materials. Partner with compliance and legal teams to ensure deliverables meet internal review and approval standards. Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline document workflows. Firm & Investor Support Develop a working knowledge of the firm’s investment platform, vehicles, and strategies to support investor relations activities. Build relationships across teams to stay informed on new initiatives, fund updates, and performance results, ensuring all materials reflect the most current information. Contribute to special projects and ad hoc initiatives as needed. Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. A proactive and resourceful approach with the ability to manage multiple projects independently. Comfort interpreting performance data and responding to investor requests involving financial information. Familiarity with institutional marketing and fundraising practices within investment management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and exposure to CRM systems or AI-enabled productivity tools. 1–2
years of experience in financial services, preferably in private fund marketing, investor relations, client services, or operations. Other details
