Account Executive

to join our high-performing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consultative solution selling, has deep industry experience in

healthcare or manufacturing , and is motivated by building lasting client partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.

Position Summary The

Account Executive

(AE) will be responsible for driving new business growth within the U.S. market, focusing on organizations in healthcare and/or manufacturing. You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery to solution design, negotiation, and closing — while collaborating closely with Vocantas’ marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure strong client partnerships and successful deployments.

This is a strategic, high-impact role for a proven sales professional who understands complex B2B sales cycles and the value of technology-enabled workforce engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a territory and account strategy targeting key organizations in healthcare and/or manufacturing.

Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities to exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

Lead consultative sales engagements, understanding client needs and aligning Vocantas solutions to drive operational, communication, and workforce performance outcomes.

Build strong, trusted relationships with senior decision-makers — including CHROs, Nursing Leadership, Operations Directors, and IT Executives.

Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success) to deliver a seamless and value-driven customer experience.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts and CRM records in SalesForce.

Represent Vocantas in-person at industry conferences, executive summits, and key networking events. TRAVEL REQUIRED.

Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience

in enterprise B2B sales, with a strong track record of exceeding sales quotas.

Experience selling SaaS, workforce management, communication, or automation technologies

preferred.

Deep knowledge of the

healthcare

and/or

manufacturing

industries, including common operational challenges and decision-making structures.

Strong consultative and solution-selling skills, with experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing multiple complex opportunities simultaneously to run our entire sales cycle.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
