Responsibilities

Manage sales opportunities through various stages within the ServiceNow ecosystem Conduct customer needs analysis using standard scoping guides and transition qualified leads to module/Industry product experts Engage in outreach to local markets to implement best-in-class selling tactics across regions Identify customer needs and leverage Global Solutions assets to enhance customer deals Monitor the deal pipeline during weekly forecast calls Identify and qualify new sales opportunities Generate demand through industry events, ServiceNow relationships, and co-marketing initiatives with partners Execute partner events, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and periodic pipeline sharing calls with ServiceNow sales leaders in collaboration with Slalom Alliances Foster and develop relationships with ServiceNow peers Monitor the CRM system and alerts for potential deals Oversee customer project delivery to ensure successful outcomes Draft and communicate compelling customer success stories Present customer success stories to stakeholders Qualifications

5+ years of professional services selling experience with 3+ years of selling ServiceNow specifically Deep understanding of ServiceNow go-to-market sales teams and selling motions Ability to articulate ServiceNow products, modules, competition, and adjacent solutions effectively Adaptability to different sales pursuit roles based on customer situations and the skills and availability of other Slalom team members Develop competitive sales messages, define project scope, create staffing plans, and draft sales proposals Negotiate financial components of project plans, including bill rates, projected utilization, margins, discounts, and concessions Annual revenue targets $3m+ Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. Salary ranges and bonuses are described below and may be modified at any time. Salary and compensation

— The base salary pay ranges are: Sales Executive $104,000–$181,000; Senior Sales Executive $123,000–$215,000. An annual discretionary bonus may be available depending on skills, experience, location, and other factors. EEO and Accommodations
