Job Description: Senior Manager – Digital Product for Client & Clinical Experience The Senior Manager, Digital Product for Client & Clinical Experience leads a product development team. Responsibilities include backlog development and prioritization, maintaining the integrity of features or components, and collaborating closely with Engineering, Design, and other team members. They identify, revise, and socialize team metrics to achieve defined objectives and key results (OKRs), aligned with business objectives. The role shares accountability with the Engineering counterpart for the delivery of outcomes by the team. The Senior Manager supports product leadership across several Client & Clinical products. They define and drive the execution of initiatives that cross multiple products/experiences/lines of business, translate business and user needs into technology-enabled solutions, and optimize the product roadmap to achieve long-term user and business goals. The role creates and manages the product development roadmap and coordinates dependencies across teams. They act as the main point of contact for Epic delivery and final customer outcomes, working with the Product Lead to ensure features are on track for near-term and long-term delivery. They drive status for cross-product metrics and develop initiative-level measurement plans through alignment with key stakeholders. They oversee the go-to-market plan for integrated product areas and socialize updates with senior leadership. The individual will work closely with others in Product Management and business stakeholders to communicate critical updates and insights to key stakeholders and organizational leaders. What You Will Do Defines the Epic/initiative vision through understanding customer needs and coordinating with Product Management. Effectively communicates the product vision to team members Drives end-to-end experience alignment across products and channels and evaluates consistency across channels Reviews and aligns roadmaps and workforce management tools across solution and product areas Supports Product Management to develop feature-level roadmaps for their features that support the broader Epic/initiative roadmap Manages backlogs for products, experiences, and/or lines of business; supports Product Management in refining specific products or experiences Leads a cross-functional product team through discovery and defines scope to achieve user and business outcomes; communicates updates to Product Management Leads identification of exploration enablers, owns discovery and architectural runway, writes enabler features and documents learning outcomes Creates Epic/initiative-level measurement plans including success metrics, thresholds, and release plans; ensures alignment with stakeholders and contributes to product-level analyses Uses performance data to identify issues and develop insights and hypotheses about product health Drives status for objectives and key results (OKRs), aligned with business objectives and other key metrics Monitors product health to inform roadmap and stakeholder updates. Tracks core product metrics, technical health, and customer feedback Fosters a positive culture by coaching team members, providing actionable feedback, and modeling leading practices Collaborates with engineering, design, architecture, operations and other teams using agile practices Interfaces with Product Strategy to communicate progress, insights, and risks to key stakeholders Partners with business stakeholders to understand their strategies and outcomes and reflect the business perspective to product teams Identifies and communicates product dependencies and organizes teams to identify solutions Required Qualifications 7+ years’ work experience Problem solving and decision-making skills Collaboration and teamwork skills Growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) Execution and delivery skills Product strategy experience Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in an agile environment Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary product teams Ability to lead team discussions and create a safe environment for diverse colleagues Fact-based problem solver who proactively identifies and addresses issues and makes sound decisions Strong critical thinker with balanced, insightful decision-making and awareness of broader business impact Ability to coach and mentor junior team members Education Bachelor’s degree preferred / specialized training or relevant professional qualification Pay Range The Typical Pay Range for this role is $130,295.00 - $260,590.00. This pay range represents the base rate for positions in this job grade. The actual offer will depend on factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above and may include an equity award target.
