This role leads a product development team, managing backlog development, prioritization, and collaboration with Engineering, Design, and other stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with business objectives.
What You Will Do
Build, prioritize, edit, and maintain the Team Backlog to provide clear intent and ensure alignment with the vision, strategy, and roadmap.
Lead refinement sessions, provide feedback on user stories, and ensure quality by validating acceptance criteria.
Support testing, deployment, release, and post‑release activities.
Work directly with engineering to optimize the team model and ensure alignment across higher‑level epics.
Use performance data to identify issues quickly and develop new insights and hypotheses about product health.
Track team metrics that contribute to product objectives and key results (OKRs) and socialize progress.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, architecture, operations, and other team members within the cross‑functional team, using product and agile practices.
Produce product or experience demos and present to stakeholders in collaboration with the team.
Serve as the point of contact for feature delivery and work directly with Domain Owners to ensure broader alignment.
Provide clarity of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap communicated by senior product leaders and assess and refine as needed.
Partner with product leadership, customer experience, and design to integrate the customer perspective into features and experiences.
Required Qualifications
5+ years’ work experience.
Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Growth mindset with agility and a commitment to personal and team development.
Execution and delivery expertise (planning, delivering, and supporting).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience working in an agile environment.
Experience collaborating with multi‑disciplinary product teams.
Comfortable and confident in leading team discussions.
Strong critical thinker who makes balanced, insightful decisions, considering both product components and broader business impact.
Education Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification.
Anticipated Weekly Hours 40

Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is
$83,430.00 – $166,860.00
per year. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual base salary offer will depend on experience, education, geography, and other factors. The position is eligible for a bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay.
