This is a full-time role for a Senior Manager, Total Rewards located in the Toledo, Atlanta and Portland areas. The Senior Manager, Total Rewards will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs. This role includes overseeing compensation planning, job evaluations, and benefits administration. The manager will ensure that compensation and benefits programs are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with SSOE’s strategic objectives. Qualifications
Experience in Compensation Planning and Compensation Management Proficiency in Job Evaluation and Benefits Administration Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong interpersonal and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CCP, CEBS) are a plus Experience in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is an advantage Seniority level
