Toxic Tort Associate Attorney (California Licensed) Join MG+M The Law Firm as a California licensed Associate Attorney in our toxic tort practice group. This role will support our Texas‑based teams but requires you to work Pacific Time business hours (9:00 am – 5:00 pm). We are a nationally renowned litigation firm focused on toxic tort, complex product liability, local government, general liability, and commercial litigation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Independently manage a litigation caseload.

Conduct depositions.

Prepare witnesses for deposition and trial.

Review and analyze discovery requests.

Prepare and respond to discovery responses and pleadings.

Prepare court filings and service to counsel; experience with e‑filing.

Support trial preparation and assistance.

Maintain accurate time records.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in handling toxic tort, asbestos, or silica cases.

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.

Must be admitted to practice in the state of California and physically located in Texas.

Experience with motion practice and depositions.

Experience taking lead in plaintiff and expert depositions.

Capable of independent, organized, efficient work.

Superior research and writing skills.

Strong multi‑tasking and complex‑matter analysis abilities.
