The
Area Sales Manager
will play a key role in driving sales execution and retail growth across the Wisconsin territory. This person will be responsible for building strong retailer and distributor relationships, growing brand awareness, driving consumer engagement, and supporting sales efforts across key markets including Milwaukee, Madison and Green Bay. We\'re looking for a passionate sales leader with a hands-on, can-do attitude, ideally with experience in the CPG or food & beverage space. This role is based in Wisconsin, but preferably near Milwaukee. Key Responsibilities
Deliver top-tier in-market execution and exceed performance KPIs. Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of planograms, pricing, and display programs. Aim to achieve distribution, sales, and merchandising targets within the assigned territory. Open new doors and expand distribution within existing accounts. Drive customer retention and brand loyalty by executing compelling sales programs and retail programs. Conduct Samplings. Attend trade shows & distributor events. Manage relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts to maximize sales opportunities. Attend distributor meetings, and schedule time with distributors sales team in the trade. Ensure distributors merchandising personnel adequately service accounts based on sales achieved and shelf/floor space obtained by ASM. Provide reports on day-to-day sales activities and results as required by Company, and provide necessary back-up to support sales and bonus programs objectives. Participate in weekly internal alignment calls. Skills and Experiences
Team Player Proven track record of Sales Success Sales and Territory Management Experience with VIP/Karma is a plus DSD Experience is a big plus 2-3+ years in beverage or CPG experience is a plus Background in sales, marketing, communications, or business Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to travel within the designated area Base Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 based on experience Performance-based bonuses Comprehensive Benefits package including health, dental and vision insurance Gas and toll reimbursements Paid Vacation and Sick Time Seniority level
