Responsibilities

Develop compelling, data-driven content that engages readers, optimizes user experiences, drives conversions, and communicates competitive advantages to our web and app audiences.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams as well as copywriters, editors, designers, producers, and studio leads.

Research target audiences, industry, and competitors to understand pain points, trends, and opportunities to differentiate content.

Ideate and develop innovative, engaging, and forward-thinking content strategies.

Follow copywriting best practices and understand audience behaviors and needs.

Write copy for landing pages, banners, and ads and curate learn-page articles using SEO principles to improve visibility and ranking.

Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across projects.

Work with brand and legal teams to implement feedback.

Collaborate with fellow copywriters and editors to elevate work quality.

Prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications, advertising, or similar.

Five+ years' experience copywriting for digital marketing (web content preferred).

Portfolio featuring digital marketing copy (customer journeys, learn articles, landing pages, hero banners, ads, etc.).

Skilled writer who persuades audiences with authentic, conversational copy and can simplify technical jargon.

Adept at developing copy that harmonizes with design to deliver a cohesive message.

Experience writing for brand-specific campaigns for business and/or consumer audiences.

Knowledgeable in digital marketing fundamentals and industry standards.

Excellent communicator with solutions-oriented, diplomatic approach.

Detail-oriented, quick and accurate in execution; strong problem-solving.

Strong process orientation with proactive anticipation of needs and opportunities.

Proficient in Chicago Manual of Style.

Experience with Workfront (or similar PMS) a plus.
