We are currently in search of a dynamic, passionate, and skilled Communications Manager to join Thermon’s family. This role will be instrumental in shaping and executing communication strategies within Thermon globally. The role works in coordination and under the direction and alignment with the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing’s leadership teams respectively. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Global Marketing, the ideal candidate is a collaborative, committed individual who can translate our solutions, technology and business model into an easy to navigate online experience for our customers, investors and employees. Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Communication Strategies:
Help create and execute comprehensive internal and external communication strategies and plans aligned with the organization's goals and regional key messages. Develop and implement strategies to effectively engage and communicate with external stakeholders, including customers and sales representatives. Develop and implement strategies to enhance global leadership communication. Content Development and Management:
Lead the strategy and development of engaging content for various communication channels, including: the company intranet (SharePoint), presentations, newsletters, blogs, social media platforms, memos, product marketing materials, videos, etc. Gather information and create compelling internal and external content that aligns with communication strategies. Internal Intranet (SharePoint) Management:
Oversee the strategy, content, design, and functionality of the internal intranet (SharePoint) to ensure it serves as an effective communication and information-sharing platform for employees. Develop and implement content governance policies and guidelines for the intranet. Collaborate with IT and other departments to ensure the intranet is user-friendly, up-to-date, and meets the needs of the organization. Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance the organization's brand reputation, engage with external audiences, and support marketing and communication objectives. Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across various social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and potential issues, and respond appropriately. Analyze social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders across the organization, including Human Resources (HR), Information Technology (IT), Finance, Product Management, etc., to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts. Employee Engagement and Feedback:
Develop and implement strategies to gather employee feedback and measure employee satisfaction globally. Plan and execute internal events and campaigns to promote employee engagement, wellness, and organizational initiatives. External Communications:
Develop and manage external communication materials, including newsletters, website content, press releases, and social media posts. Team Leadership and Management:
Manage and lead marketing and communication staff, including overseeing day-to-day team operations, providing guidance and support, fostering a positive work environment aligned to the culture, and ensuring staff performance aligns with organizational goals. Other Duties:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and/or communications roles, preferably within the industrial settings. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic marketing and communications plans. Seniority level
