We’re now looking for a Presales Engineer, for our US business, to help drive adoption of the Squirro Enterprise GenAI Platform across Americas.

What You’ll Do

Solution Design & Strategy: Work directly with customers throughout the full cycle of solution design, implementation, and support. Translate business requirements into scalable technical architectures, and scope innovative Generative AI and Agentic solutions that deliver real transformation.

Demonstration & Proof of Value: Plan and deliver tailored product demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements showcasing how intelligent agents and Generative AI can solve complex enterprise challenges.

Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, shape proposals, and align customer needs with Squirro’s product capabilities. Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

Technical Advisory & Customization: Provide hands-on technical guidance and extend the platform with Python-based components (e.g., orchestrators, RAG pipelines, prompt-engineering frameworks). Design and adapt Frontend BI dashboards and Agentic UIs to visualize AI-driven insights.

Customer Feedback & Knowledge Sharing: Represent the customer voice internally, communicating field insights to Product and Engineering teams. Contribute to AI solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and consultative documentation for project scoping and internal knowledge sharing.

AI Expertise & Continuous Learning: Stay current with the fast-moving landscape of Generative AI models, agent frameworks, and orchestration technologies, proactively advising customers on adoption strategies, risks, and opportunities.

What Gets Us Excited About You

Client Interaction Experience: 5+ years in presales, solution consulting, or technical sales, with the ability to translate complex solutions for both technical and business audiences.

Technical Expertise: Strong background in software development or consulting, ideally with Python, APIs, and cloud architectures. Experience with Linux, scripting, and system integration.

AI Knowledge: Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or intelligent agent frameworks — plus a solid understanding of data, NLP, and unstructured information systems.

Bonus Points: Experience in financial services or insurance, familiarity with Elasticsearch or vector databases, and a passion for helping enterprises scale AI responsibly.
