Sr. Business Systems Analyst / Program Manager III

to support the fleet lifecycle services program, focusing on data-driven insights, process optimization, and stakeholder alignment. This role blends business analysis and project management responsibilities, overseeing data systems, reporting dashboards, and cross-functional initiatives that improve operational performance. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments, excels at translating business needs into actionable solutions, and brings strong technical expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Excel. This position offers the opportunity to lead data analysis, program management, and change initiatives that enhance customer and operational experience at scale.

Responsibilities

Business Analysis (70%): Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with overall business strategies. Write detailed documentation outlining program functions, system requirements, and technical specifications. Lead data management and analytics for fleet lifecycle operations, focusing on the tire program lifecycle. Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and SQL-based reports for performance tracking and decision-making. Transform complex or unstructured data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders.

Project Management (30%): Execute full project lifecycle management, from planning through delivery and reporting. Lead stakeholder meetings, align priorities, and manage cross-functional collaboration. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and change management materials. Manage stakeholder communication plans and ensure consistent, transparent reporting. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of initiatives and operational readiness.

Top 3 Must-Have Skills

Technical Expertise (3+ years) – Proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; strong analytical ability to interpret and visualize data.

Communication & Stakeholder Management (3+ years) – Skilled in translating complex data insights into clear, compelling narratives and presentations.

Project / Program Management (3+ years) – Experience managing project lifecycles, driving accountability, and ensuring organized execution.

Skills & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in any field (required).

6–8 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a business analyst role.

Familiarity with a variety of systems, business concepts, and operational processes.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.

Experience leading meetings, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring progress toward key goals.

Demonstrated creativity and problem-solving ability in both technical and business contexts.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting large-scale operational or fleet-related programs.

Background in process improvement, systems automation, or data visualization.

Strong understanding of lifecycle management and business intelligence principles.
