$80,000 to $100,000 per year. This is a performance-driven company with future increases based on company and personal performance. Your Role
Manage and grow client relationships by executing data-driven performance marketing strategies that exceed customer acquisition goals while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities & Outcomes (Performance Expectations) Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, balancing client demands with internal company goals and priorities.
Revenue Growth: Identify and execute opportunities to scale client accounts, aiming to meet or exceed profitability targets within the first 6 months.
Client Onboarding: Own the onboarding experience to reduce time-to-launch by coordinating across Sales and Operations.
Campaign Execution: Manage day-to-day execution of campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables aligned with client KPIs.
Performance Reporting: Provide regular campaign updates with clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time and drive better outcomes across client portfolios.
Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain business relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
Industry Expertise: Stay ahead of digital marketing trends with knowledge of affiliate marketing, user acquisition, and familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Everflow, Tune, HasOffers, Looker is a plus).
Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of digital marketing/affiliate marketing experience with a focus on performance marketing and client relationship management.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey complex information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proven track record in day-to-day client management with the ability to manage multiple accounts concurrently and with strong attention to detail.
Strong negotiating and data analysis abilities to showcase performance and support business growth.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on the Launch Potato Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits.
