Overview
Position: Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club. You are responsible for ensuring a well-kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors, while maintaining a positive attitude to ensure customers have a great experience from start to finish. The role requires being on your feet and on the go throughout the shift. The pay range is provided by the employer and depends on skills and experience. The actual hourly rate will be determined with the recruiter. Base pay range
$16.00/hr - $23.00/hr What you’ll do
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility by following safety standards, procedures, and guidelines. This includes conducting safety checks, proper handling and disposal of hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Clean all areas of the facility (floors, windows, restrooms, trash receptacles) following company procedures and using approved chemicals, supplies, tools, and equipment. Ensure a safe and clean environment for Members and Associates by performing maintenance as needed, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the company Environmental Sustainability Program. Maintain appropriate levels of company-approved chemicals and supplies, rotate and store chemicals properly, and place orders when supplies are low.
