About the Role They’re hiring experienced Power Electronics Engineers who want hands-on roles designing power conversion, power management, and distribution systems for real space and airborne missions. Responsibilities Design and deliver DC-DC converters, inverters, motor drives, and power management circuits from concept through build and qualification. Define and integrate electrical power system architectures and derive subsystem requirements. Perform circuit modeling, worst-case analysis, FMEA, and power integrity checks; develop verification and production test plans. Lead board bring-up, lab testing, troubleshooting, and system integration activities. Collaborate with systems, avionics, software, and mechanical teams on end-to-end platform development. Qualifications Several years of practical analog & power electronics experience (mid-senior / experienced level). Required Skills Hands-on with DC-DC topologies (Buck, Boost, Flyback, etc.), inverters/motor drives, magnetics, and EMC filtering. Experience with schematic capture/PCB layout and simulation tools (SPICE family, MATLAB/Simulink, PLECS, etc.). Comfortable with lab work — oscilloscopes, loads, spectrum/impedance analysis, and board bring-up.
