Role Overview As a

Senior Pricing Analyst , you will provide management with analysis and information to inform our pricing strategy and operationalize tactical decisions. You will collaborate cross‑functionally, using data and statistical models to influence pricing, profitability, and patient access.

Job Type Full‑time

Pay Range $97,135.61 – $123,850.15 annually, depending on experience.

Essential Functions and Activities

Analyze pharmaceutical market trends, competitor pricing, and internal cost structures to recommend competitive and sustainable pricing strategies.

Utilize statistical models to assess the impact of pricing decisions on revenue, profitability, and patient impact.

Identify opportunities and negotiate key pricing points for profitability.

Establish and maintain market‑aligned pricing ranges.

Identify cost‑of‑goods opportunities and collaborate with internal stakeholders.

Analyze pricing‑related data, including historical pricing, sales data, and market research.

Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate pricing insights.

Monitor competitor pricing strategies and market trends.

Stay informed about regulatory changes affecting pharmaceutical pricing.

Work closely with pharmacy management, procurement, finance, and clinical teams.

Continuously refine pricing models to optimize profitability and patient affordability.

Provide senior management with operational, financial, and strategic decisions support.

Drive financial and process improvements across functions.

Monitor KPIs such as margin and revenue, contributing to continuous improvement.

Design and enforce internal pricing controls.

Support 340B contract pharmacy program and quality improvement initiatives.

Position Specifications Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or Data Analytics.

3–6 years in finance with strong understanding of business financial principles.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Pharmaceutical background.

Experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program.

Prior experience in specialty pharmacy or healthcare setting.

Ideal Candidate

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Team collaborator with a results‑oriented approach.

Proficiency in enterprise software and data tools.

Experience in pharmacy or healthcare environment.

Knowledge of pharmacy benefit investigation, prior authorization, and patient financial assistance.
