Commercial Finance Associate Attorney . Why Consider This Opportunity?

Compensation : Anticipated base salary range is

$175,000–$210,000 , depending on experience, plus an

annual discretionary bonus

based on individual and firm performance. Benefits : Comprehensive benefits including

401(k) plan . Work-Life Balance : With an average billable hour requirement of approximately

1,600 hours , the firm prioritizes attorney well-being and sustainable workloads. The Firm is Seeking an Associate with: 4+ years of experience

in commercial finance, including asset-based lending, acquisition financing, and structured finance. Experience

drafting and negotiating

ancillary documents (Letters of Intent, Disclosure Letters, Deed of Guarantees, Assignments, Amendments, Disclosure Letters, Disclosure Schedules, Completion Agenda, Stock Transfer Forms, Escrow Agreements, Transition Services Agreements, etc.), and primary/foundational forms (Share Purchase Agreement, Promissory Notes, Loan Security Agreements, etc.) Admission to the Illinois Bar How to Apply
