CMA Hyundai of Lynchburg is seeking an experienced
Automotive Technician
to join our growing team in a brand-new, state-of-the-art,
air-conditioned
facility. Our shop is currently undergoing a major renovation—tripling the number of service bays—to better serve our customers and support our expanding team.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on automotive repair experience. While dealership experience is strongly , it is not required. Additionally, prior experience with Hyundai or Kia vehicles is a plus, though not mandatory.
Desired Qualifications:
Proficiency with computer-based diagnostic tools and repair software
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Proficient in electrical systems
Knowledge of Dealer Management Systems (e.g., CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to managing comeback rate of 5% or less.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Experience working in a dealership or high-volume service center
Eager to embrace and master emerging automotive technologies
Dedicated to continuously expanding technical skills and knowledge
ASE Certification(s) or equivalent automotive training
Familiarity with Hyundai and Kia vehicle systems
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving work environment
