A well-established Florida law firm is seeking a mid‑level

Trusts & Estates Associate

with 2‑4 years of experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate to join its Lakewood Ranch office. This is an excellent opportunity to handle sophisticated estate planning and administration work within a collaborative, client‑focused practice.

What You'll Do

Administer trusts and estates from inception to completion, including probate and trust accountings.

Draft estate planning documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, health care directives, deeds, and beneficiary designations.

Review and prepare trust and probate administration documents and other related filings.

Conduct legal research on complex procedural and substantive issues related to probate and estate planning.

Build relationships with clients and assist in business development and community engagement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.

2‑4 years of focused experience in estate planning, trust administration, and probate.

Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple matters independently while working collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and legal research tools such as Westlaw.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and professionalism.
