Legal Recruiter | Partnering with Atlanta Law Firms to Build High-Performing Teams
Will manage litigation and advisory matters for community associations, condominium and homeowners’ associations (HOAs), developer transition matters, and real estate disputes. The role involves working closely with senior attorneys and partners, handling both portfolio-level and individual matters, and providing legal support and counsel to boards, management companies, and homeowners. Key Responsibilities: Litigation/dispute resolution; pleadings, motions, discovery, hearings, depositions, trial prep, appeals Draft, preparing and responding to discovery requests Perform legal research and analysis of case law, statutes, HOA/community association law Advise HOA boards and management on governance issues, compliance with statute and governing documents Draft, review, and propose amendments or restatements of declarations, bylaws, rules, regulations Manage assessment collection matters; prepare demand letters, coordinate lien filings, foreclosures or suit where necessary Support real estate matters relevant to associations; common area conveyances, easements, boundary issues, etc. Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, or presentations to prospective or existing clients Qualifications & Experience: JD from accredited law school Admission to the State Bar Some litigation experience (1-5 years) Familiarity with real property law, condominium/HOA/community association law (3-6 years) Strong legal research and writing skills Strong communication skills: ability to interact and communicate with nonlawyers (boards, management companies, homeowners) effectively This is a very unique opportunity, and we guarantee it won’t last long.
